Chelsea are currently 2nd in the table and look to have fallen short in their challenge for the Premier League title. They are 6 points away from Manchester United meaning that the title race is all but over as Man united only need 1 point from their two remaining games to win the league. They lost 2-1 at Old Trafford last weekend which was there big chance to beat Man United to the title after they had gone on a fantastic run of form to nearly catch up with them. Manchester City take on Stoke City in the FA Cup Final taking place at Wembley, both teams desperate for cup success. Manchester City are looking to secure their first trophy in their new era and their first under Roberto Mancini. They look to end the season by qualifying for the Champions League and winning the FA Cup which would constitute a very good season for the Blues. Man City have reached this stage by beating Leicester City 4-2 in the replay after drawing the first tie 2-2 in the 3rd. They had to have another replay to beat Notts County in the 4th round after firstly drawing 1-1, they eventually went through winning 5-0 in the replay. They beat Aston Villa 3-0 in the 5th round and then Reading in the 6th round 1-0. They met their fiercest rivals Manchester United in the semi finals and they ended up winning 1-0 thanks to a goal from Yaya Toure. They will contest their 9th ever final and will be hoping to win their 5th FA Cup and their first since 1969.

West Bromwich Albion currently sit 13th in the league on 43 points and have got themselves safe after Roy Hodgson came in for Roberto Di Matteo mid-season. There was a lot of debate at the time whether sacking Di Matteo was the right thing to do but West Brom have been brilliant since Roy Hodgson took over and are now comfortably safe and will try to hunt down a top 10 finish.
